Here at PFL we believe you should always know what data we collect from you and how we use it. Please read the following Data Protection Policy to help you to make the best decisions about the information that you share with us.
Visitors to Our Websites
When someone visits www.pfl.ie we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
We store a limited amount of data for all our trade customers. If you are an existing customer, we are currently storing the following information about you:
- Business Information (business name, address, and contact details)
- Operational Information (sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes)
For marketing purposes, we store the business addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses of our trade customers. We use these to send marketing alerts based on legitimate interest. We send customers relevant marketing materials because we believe they are genuinely interested in receiving them and could find them beneficial to their business. Customers can op-out of our marketing alerts at any time they wish. Simply call us using any of the numbers at the bottom of this page or email us on email@example.com to opt-out. The quickest way to opt-out of email marketing is to click the "unsubscribe from this list" link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails.
